Data we use

ChairStandby uses non-identifying participant aliases, the session time and public service category, availability, standby state, capability-link access, and a minimal event history needed to operate and secure one supervised clinic-session workflow.

Data that is not permitted

Do not enter health history, symptoms, diagnosis, medication, insurance information, patient contact details, legal names, or other directly identifying patient information.

Purpose

We use the permitted data only to operate the session-specific standby workflow, secure access, support the product, and maintain a minimal operational record.

Retention and access

The workspace owner can remove session access by canceling the workspace. Operational records may be retained only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and meet legal obligations for the service.

Sharing

We do not sell participant data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate ChairStandby, or when required by law.
