Service

ChairStandby coordinates a session-specific standby line. It does not recruit or screen patients, schedule clinical care, provide medical advice, determine eligibility, or guarantee attendance; the supervised program remains responsible for clinical and scheduling decisions.

Subscription

ChairStandby costs $12.00 per month. The subscription renews automatically until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.

Refunds

Payments already made for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

User responsibility

The workspace owner is responsible for using non-identifying aliases, sharing capability links only with intended participants, and keeping health, insurance, diagnosis, medication, symptoms, and direct contact details out of the product.

Taxes

Prices exclude taxes that may apply. Stripe may support billing administration, but tax applicability and registration are separate matters.
